Today's post is a product review of the Revlon lip butters. These are some of my favourite lip products from the drugstore for so many reasons and the 3 pictures are my favourite shades from the line.
From left to right they are 'Strawberry Shortcake', 'Juicy Papaya' and 'Pink Truffle'. I don't need to explain colours at all because they all come out exactly how they look in the tube.
What i love most is how comfortable they are to wear and how hydrating they feel on the lips. They are basically a hybrid between a lipstick and a lip balm so if you suffer from dry lips and some lipsticks don't look good on you due to them clinging to the dry patches, these are a great alternative because they will sit well and also help to eliminate the dryness. I'm not saying wearing one of these is an alternative to something amazing like Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream, BUT they are really nice.
I also really love the colour range, there's pretty much one for everyone in the range and even though i don't really buy lip products that often there's some in the range that i just really need- for example 'Pink Truffle' is one that i eyed up for ages before actually purchasing it.
The packaging, for me anyway, is always a contributing factor to why i want to buy something. The packaging of these lip butters are soo nice and secure tightly so that you can put them in your makeup bag or handbag and not worry about the lids just coming straight off.

I love the shade Pink Truffle too - I definitely want to get more as it's such a great everyday formula :) xx
